The Eastern Province throws a different kind of event from Riyadh or Jeddah. Less nightlife, more corporate: a dinner at Ithra, a delegation hosted in Dhahran, a company anniversary in a compound, a conference that ends with everyone needing to be somewhere at once.
The requirement is always logistics rather than glamour. Twenty guests from three hotels, arriving at one entrance inside the same twenty minutes, and leaving in a manageable order two hours later.
We run that as a single booking with one coordinator, a lead vehicle, and cars staged where they are not blocking an approach. The host talks to one person rather than a dozen chauffeurs.

A wedding here is complicated by the geography. The families are often spread between Dammam, Dhahran, Al Khobar and Al Qatif, and everyone converges on one hall.
That is a timetable before it is a fleet. Cars are dispatched from several points to arrive together, which is a different problem from cars leaving one hotel, and it is why a coordinator is worth more than an extra vehicle.
The first car is the Rolls-Royce or the first-class sedan. There is one of each, and in season they are worth naming weeks out.

The Dammam and Al Khobar Corniches are where the province spends its evenings, and on a Thursday they carry a great deal of it. A family evening out with a car waiting rather than parked is a real convenience, particularly with a large group.
Half Moon Bay at the weekend is the same idea further out. It is twenty to thirty minutes past Al Khobar's Corniche and nothing serves it but a car. A full-size SUV takes a family and the day's things in one run.
For anything on the coast, the return leg is the one worth booking at the same time as the outbound. Arriving is straightforward. Leaving, when everyone else is leaving, is not.
