Luxury airport transfer in Riyadh, chauffeur meeting an arriving guest with a CHAUFFIQ welcome iPad

Airport transfers in Saudi Arabia. Landed, collected.

Meet and greet in the arrivals hall, a chauffeur who has tracked your flight, sixty minutes of waiting included, and one all-inclusive price to the door.

The service, in detail

Private airport transfers in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam

Land at any hour, walk out of customs, and your chauffeur is already there with your name on a card. That is a CHAUFFIQ airport transfer: a private car booked before you fly and met inside the terminal at Riyadh (RUH), Jeddah (JED) and Dammam (DMM), for arrivals, departures and connections.

We track the flight, not the clock. Land early and the pickup moves up; sit on the tarmac for an hour and it moves back, without a single message from you.

The quote you accept is the price you pay, per car rather than per seat, with no meters and no surge. And if the airport is only the start of your stay, keep the same car and chauffeur by the hour for the meetings that follow.

King Khalid International Airport (RUH), terminal by terminal

A Riyadh airport transfer begins about 35 kilometres north of the city, and since February 2026 the terminals work differently. Saudia, Riyadh Air, flynas and flyadeal fly international from Terminals 1 and 2 and domestic from 3 and 4; foreign airlines use Terminal 5.

Plenty of older guides still describe the reverse, so forget the terminal altogether. Give us the flight number and we will be at the right door.

Arrivals to Olaya, KAFD or the Diplomatic Quarter takes around 35 minutes: time enough for a chilled water and a look at the day ahead.

Jeddah, Dammam and every Saudi airport we meet at

A Jeddah airport transfer is sorted by airline rather than destination. Terminal 1 takes most full-service international carriers, the North Terminal the low-cost ones, the South Terminal is Saudia's, and the Hajj Terminal opens for the season. Al-Balad and the Corniche are twenty to forty minutes away.

King Fahd International has a single passenger terminal, which makes a Dammam airport transfer the simplest meet of the three: twenty to thirty minutes into the city, a little more to Dhahran and Al Khobar.

Flying into Madinah or AlUla instead? Send us the flight and we will quote it the same way.

What a CHAUFFIQ airport transfer includes

Meet and greet is not an upgrade here; it is the service. Your chauffeur is in the arrivals hall before you clear the gate, name card in hand, and takes the luggage from the belt to the car.

Sixty minutes of waiting after landing come with every airport pickup, which is about what immigration and the carousel really take. Every car is GPS-tracked by a dispatch room that answers at two in the morning as readily as at two in the afternoon.

The cabin is ready before you are: chilled glass-bottled water, Wi-Fi, chargers for both phone types, Arabic coffee and dates on request, and an English- and Arabic-speaking chauffeur who holds the door. Every vehicle and passenger is fully insured, Kingdom-wide, as part of the CHAUFFIQ Standard.

Departures, timed backwards from check-in

A departure is a deadline with a road in front of it, so we plan it in reverse: from your check-in time, back through the traffic Riyadh actually has rather than the traffic the map promises.

The car arrives early, the luggage goes in once, and you reach the terminal with the right amount of time to spare, not an hour to kill in a lounge you never asked for. Leaving from another city? A city-to-city transfer is timed against the same check-in.

Before you ask Airport Transfer

Asked, answered.

By road. King Khalid International is about 35 kilometres north of central Riyadh. A pre-booked private transfer means a named chauffeur meets you inside arrivals and the price is confirmed before you land, rather than negotiated at the kerb. The metro's Yellow Line also runs from the terminals to the King Abdullah Financial District in about thirty minutes.

Terminals 1 and 2 handle the international flights of Saudia, Riyadh Air, flynas and flyadeal. Terminals 3 and 4 handle their domestic flights. Terminal 5 handles international flights on foreign carriers. This arrangement came in with the relocation of 16 to 25 February 2026, so older guides describe close to the opposite. Send the flight number and we will read the terminal from it.

Yes. Meet and greet is included in every airport transfer. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall after customs, holding an iPad with your name, and carries the luggage out to the car.

Nothing you need to manage. We track the aircraft from departure, so the pickup moves with it, and sixty minutes of waiting after landing is included in every airport quote.

As soon as the flight is booked is best, particularly for a first arrival, a group, or a week when Riyadh Season or a major event is on. Short notice is usually workable: the operations room is staffed twenty-four hours and a quote comes back in minutes.

Riyadh (RUH), Jeddah (JED) and Dammam (DMM) as standard, for arrivals, departures and connections. Transfers at other Saudi airports, AlUla and Madinah among them, are arranged on request.

Per car. One number covers the vehicle, the chauffeur and the journey, whether that is one traveller in a sedan or six in an SUV. Quoting per seat is a shuttle, and this is not one.

A sedan suits one or two travellers with standard cases, the usual business arrival. An SUV suits a family or a full luggage set. A crew or delegation landing together travels in a van or a coach. Tell us who is flying and what is coming with them and we will say which.

Yes. For a departure the pickup is timed backwards from check-in, with room built in for the road Riyadh actually has rather than the map's estimate. One address, one time, one car at the door.
