Event transportation. Fleets for the occasion.
Summits, race weeks, festivals, weddings and the seasons, moved on one schedule at any fleet size, from one sedan to a forty-nine-seat coach.
The service, in detail
Event transportation in Saudi Arabia, at any fleet size
Event transportation in Saudi Arabia starts with your programme, not our fleet. Send us the arrivals, the moves between venues, the standby cars for your principals and the departures on the event enquiry form, and we build the vehicle plan around them.
Sedans and SUVs carry the principals, Sprinters move teams and crews, and coaches shift the audience. Every vehicle is our own and every chauffeur is ours, so nothing is brokered out at the last minute to make a head count work.
One coordinator runs it, on one quote. Each of the event weeks we run most often, from FII to Soundstorm, has its own page with the venue, the road closures and the fleet it takes.
At the venueSummits and exhibitions: FII, the World Defense Show and the Esports World Cup
Conference transport for a summit week means arrivals compressed into a day and a half, then delegate loops and standby cars for the people the programme is built around. Your delegates are spread across the city's hotels, so the hotel-to-venue half runs as one schedule agreed with the properties.
The World Defense Show, on its exhibition site north of Riyadh, is protocol before trade: airport arrivals, stand-to-hotel shuttles, and delegations with their own order of movement. The Esports World Cup runs for weeks, with squads and kit in Sprinters and finals that finish when they finish.
Attend several of these a year and they sit on one corporate account, with the Riyadh airport arrivals on the same programme and the same monthly invoice.
Summits · RiyadhRace week at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit
Event chauffeurs for the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix work to paddock timings, not diary timings. The circuit sits inside the city and the road plan changes between Thursday and Sunday, so the closures are planned in rather than met.
Sedans and SUVs move teams, sponsors and hospitality guests on the session schedule, vans and coaches carry the parties, and every Jeddah airport transfer in and out of race week is folded into the same plan.
Race week · JeddahSoundstorm, Riyadh Season, Jeddah Season and Boulevard City
Riyadh Season runs October to March across zones on opposite sides of the city, and the job is the gap between them. At Boulevard City everything turns on where the car can stop, so you are dropped at the entrance, not the far end of a car park.
Soundstorm is a night site outside Riyadh with everybody leaving inside the same hour: artist and crew logistics, VIP arrivals, and a late-night car that waits for you rather than joining the queue.
Jeddah Season is a waterfront about thirty kilometres long, where two venues that both say Corniche can be twenty minutes apart. Give us the evening's plan and the car is timed to it.
Festivals & the seasonsGuest shuttles, tour groups and diplomatic movements
Event shuttles run as loops, not bookings. Coasters and coaches hold an interval between hotel and venue, and that interval is what your guests actually feel, so a dispatcher on site keeps it honest as the crowd thickens.
Tour operators and travel agents move groups on the same terms: hand the itinerary over once and the vehicle plan is built against it. Embassy and diplomatic events run as VIP concierge work, from entrances and standby cars to chauffeurs who know which door is the right door.
Shuttles & protocolOn-site dispatch, and how the day actually runs
Your event coordinator is at the venue, not at the end of a phone queue. Cars are staged out of sight, the next one is already pulling forward, and the ones not needed yet are parked where they are not in the way.
Every vehicle is GPS-tracked by a dispatch room staffed around the clock, so a car that has not moved is seen before anyone has to ask. That matters most on the festival nights that end at three in the morning.
Changes go through the coordinator. A session overruns, a principal leaves early, an extra guest needs a car: all of it is handled inside the programme rather than as a new booking.

The couple's carThe quiet one Weddings
Weddings, carried gently.
A wedding car fleet has one job: invisible until it is needed, immaculate when it is. Guest shuttles leave early and unhurried, and the family cars wait where the families actually come out.
The couple's car is the exception, and it is allowed to be seen. Rolls-Royce and Bentley are available on request, timed to the step, with the same coordinator running the whole evening on one quote.

Before you ask Events
Asked, answered.
We provide on-site coordinators and a variety of vehicle sizes, from sedans to coaches, to manage group transport for conferences or galas.
The fleet runs from a single car to a full programme of sedans, SUVs, Sprinters and coaches. Tell us the guest count and the venues, and the vehicle plan comes back with the quote.
For events and multi-day programmes, five to seven days lets us guarantee the exact vehicle mix. Larger programmes benefit from more notice, and late requests are still worth a message.

Yes. Guest shuttles that never look hurried, cars for the families, and the couple's own car treated as the occasion it is. Weddings run on the same discipline as a summit with a softer face on it.
Our own vehicles, driven by our own chauffeurs, which is why the vehicle you were quoted is the vehicle that arrives. Nothing is brokered out at the last minute to make a head count work.
Yes. Late-night fleets are standard on festival and concert work, and the operations room is staffed around the clock. Crowds out is the harder half of the night and it is planned for, not improvised.
As one quote against the whole programme rather than as separate rides, confirmed upfront. Send the programme, even in draft, and the vehicle plan comes back with the number in writing.
