Riyadh Season runs across the whole city
The thing visitors underestimate about Riyadh Season is the geography. It is not a venue but a season spread across zones on opposite sides of a city of seven million, and the gap between two of them is a drive. Boulevard City in Hittin sits at the northern edge.
That makes zone-to-zone movement the actual problem to solve. A chauffeur held for the evening turns three separate journeys into one arrangement: dropped at the first zone, collected when you are ready, taken to the next.
It is the same thing as a chauffeur at your disposal pointed at a season. Two hours to a full evening, unlimited stops, and no negotiating a ride at each gate.
Families, groups and VIP movement
Season evenings run late and end with tired children, which is a different transport problem from a business day. An SUV carries six with room for everything a family brings; a van carries the extended family in one vehicle rather than two.
For VIP guests the car waits close to the entrance rather than in the public car park, and the chauffeur's number is sent before pickup so nobody is searching a rank at midnight.
Larger parties, corporate hospitality and delegation nights are run as event transportation, with one coordinator holding the whole evening from first pickup to last drop.
