The proposal sets out the vehicle mix, the arrivals and shuttle pattern, the coordinator on site and one quote for the whole programme. Summit weeks, exhibition shuttles, race weekends and wedding fleets all start from this form; the event transportation page describes how a programme runs on the day, and the events we move most often each have a page of their own.
