Which terminal at King Abdulaziz International
Jeddah sorts its terminals by airline, not by whether the flight is domestic or international. That is worth saying plainly, because it is the reverse of Riyadh and it is where the confusion comes from.
Terminal 1 is the newer building, taking most full-service carriers, Saudia, flynas, Emirates and Etihad among them. The North Terminal takes foreign and low-cost airlines, including Air Cairo, Air India, EgyptAir, Air Arabia, SpiceJet, Jazeera and SalamAir. The South Terminal is Saudia's. The Hajj Terminal opens for the pilgrimage.
Saudia appears at more than one of them, which is the specific trap. Send the flight number rather than the terminal and we will read it off the flight, then follow it if it moves.

Twenty to forty minutes into the centre, and the spread is honest. Jeddah runs along its coast, so the drive depends on which part of the line you are heading for. Al-Balad and the Corniche hotels sit inside that range. Obhur, on the north coast, is about forty.
More than seventy-five airlines use the airport across a year. In Hajj season the arrival halls work at a scale that has to be seen, and a pre-booked car with a named meeting point is worth considerably more than usual.
